摘要

The paper considers an approach to constructing a mathematical model for optimizing the automated technological process of machining products. Machining section based on industrial robot KUKA KR - 60 was used as a research object. Decreasing of electrical energy outlay in subsystems of the machining section in conditions of compliance with all technological parameters defined in a task is considered as a main optimization criterion. Main stages of model developing, measurements results and energy consumption modeling algorithm are represented. Also a prototype of interface that visualizes the modeling process and instruments of prognostication and decreasing electrical energy outlay while developing a technology are put forward.
