The present invention relates to a distributing board for monitoring a surge and diagnosing grounding performance, comprising: a surge sensor installed on a grounding wire for connecting a main grounding electrode to a main grounding terminal to measure a surge current or a ground fault current; a voltmeter installed between the main grounding terminal and a test grounding electrode terminal to measure a grounding voltage; and a power monitoring and controlling system for receiving the measured voltage and current from the voltmeter and the surge sensor to calculate and monitor a grounding resistance value. Therefore, grounding performance can be diagnosed by calculating the grounding resistance value using a surge current value and a ground fault current value, simultaneously measured while a surge is monitored in real time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
