The present invention relates to a rapid bridge replacement construction method using a bridge girder segment capable of matching a through-bridge girder segment having both side beams and a cross beam with a span length and and rapidly assembling the through-bridge girder segment, installing the girder by extruding a raw material at a damaged part and installing a replacement plate at the damaged part. A bridge replacement girder segment according to the method is able to economically perform bridge replacement since the method uses an extrusion method while capable of rapidly performing the extrusion in the vicinity of the bridge. Also, the method is capable of economically performing construction of mutually connected and assembled through-bridge girder segments by lowering a replacement girder segment using a lowering device such as a support beam and an iron frame, which can be efficiently manufactured and installed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
