The present invention relates to a health tool and, particularly, to a health tool capable of correcting the spine. The health tool according to the present invention comprises: a first body; a second body disposed to be spaced apart from the first body along one direction; a human body mounting unit connected with the second body, and formed to be mounted on the body of a human; a connection unit connected to each of the first and second bodies, and formed to be relatively moved with respect to the first body; and a driving unit for providing driving power sling along the one direction to the second body so as to make the spine of the human straightened. Accordingly, in the living environment, a lumbar gap is continuously widened, and pressure therefor may be effectively controlled.
