METHOD FOR PRODUCING KOREAN-STYLE SILVER-GRAY BURNED ROOF TILE BY USING NITROGEN GAS AND CARBONIC ACID GAS

The present invention relates to a method for producing a Korean-style silver-gray burned roof tile by using nitrogen gas and carbonic acid gas. According to the present invention, a Korean-style burned roof tile has a silver-gray color, which is a traditional color, other than a black color and a blue-gray color. Also, Korean-style silver-gray burned roof tiles are repeatedly produced. According to the present invention, a calcining process is performed on a clay roof tile in a calcining kiln, and a carbonizing process is performed by mixing propane gas or LNG with nitrogen gas or carbonic acid gas, so the clay roof tile is expressed in a silver-gray color. Thus, a burned Korean-style roof tile is produced. A silver-gray color which is a traditional color of a Korean-style burned roof tile is reproduced, and Korean-style silver-gray burned roof tiles are repeatedly produced, so Korean-style silver-gray burned roof tiles having quality in which color distribution is uniform may be mass-produced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
