The present invention relates to an antigen binding fragment specifically binding to CFP-10 or Ag85B which are antibodies derived from mycobacteria; polynucleotide which codes the same; a recombinant vector comprising the polynucleotide; and a host cell comprising the recombinant vector. The CFP-10 or Ag85B which are antibodies derived from mycobacteria can be detected with high sensitivity by using the antigen binding fragment of the present invention. Thus, the antigen binding fragment can be developed into a kit which can rapidly and accurately detect mycobacteria. An antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof comprises: a heavy chain variable region including an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 5; and a light chain variable including an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 6.
