The present invention relates to a printing construction method of building indoor and outdoor surfaces. The method includes: a preprocessing step of removing a foreign substance from indoor and outdoor surfaces of a building; a printing step of applying an ink comprising an ultraviolet-curing material onto the indoor and outdoor surfaces of the building by using a spraying means (2) of a printing construction apparatus (1); a coating step of applying and drying a coating agent which prevents neutralization of the surfaces of the building and reinforces the same by using a coating material applying means (14) of the printing construction apparatus (1); a polishing step of polishing the indoor and outdoor surfaces by using a diamond resin pad; and a surface protective agent coating step of water-repelling the surfaces of the building. Therefore, a printing outline is not damaged even after the elapse of long hours.
