The present invention relates to a preparation method of a low temperature denitrification catalyst for removing nitrogen oxide by a selective reduction reaction using a waste catalyst discarded after recovering expensive metal components having catalytic activity from a waste catalyst which is discharged from a desulfurization process from an oil refinery or the like. The preparation method comprises the steps of: mixing titanium dioxide to 100 parts by weight of a waste catalyst; mixing antimony oxide and niobium oxide as promotor components with zeolite, glass fiber, and a molding aid; drying and sintering the resultant product.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
