The present invention relates to an antibacterial and scratch self-healing organic-inorganic hybrid coating agent composition, a hybrid coating agent containing the same, and a product coated with the same. The present invention provides an organic-inorganic hybrid coating agent composition, which contains an inorganic composition comprising ceramic powder and an organic composition comprising a resin mixture of polyester resin and polyurethane resin, and thus has high resistance and self-healing ability with respect to scratches and high antibacterial activity with respect to microorganisms present on the screens of product surfaces.
