The present invention relates to a portable water and climate production system ("PH2OCP"). In the preferred embodiment, the system captures water vapor using a dehumidification rotor wheel. The dehumidification rotor wheel then rotates through the microwave heating chamber and emits water therefrom and heats the airflow as it re-watered with water discharged from the rotor wheel. The heated, moist air stream then passes through a cooling and condensing system and produces an air-conditioned air stream and water. The "PH2OCP" system operates in a wide range of global climatic conditions, including very dry environments, and is designed to produce water. This is made possible by the very effective performance capabilities of the dehumidification rotor technology when extracting water vapor molecules from any existing ambient air. The dehumidification technique is designed to operate with the microwave reactivation system in the regeneration or reactivation portion and with the cooling coil assembly located in the condensation portion.
