The apparatus of the present invention has the effect of being able to efficiently collect the rainwater falling through a rainwater flow induction protrusion formed on the solar light film while smoothly inducing the rainwater to the rainwater collection hole without deviation on the solar light film, and being able to charge the battery embedded in a control part by producing electricity by solar power generation of the solar light film and then using the same as the power source of a motor awning a solar light sensor, a wind speed sensor, a rain sensor, a hot wire, a temperature sensor, and a water level sensor.
