The present invention relates to a method of designing a structure of a two-way car ferry, and more particularly, to a method of optimizing a car deck structure of a two-way car ferry. The method of optimizing a car deck structure of a two-way car ferry comprises the steps of: allocating a standard classified into an unconstraint condition, a linear constraint condition, and a nonlinear programming; inputting data according to a basic KR rule including a structure with respect to a deck unit and a support unit and setting a minimum value with respect to the inputted data; performing a parameterization by standing on the basis of the allocated standard and using inputted data; generating a geometric model based on the parameterization resu generating a mesh by giving a boundary condition for modeling the generation of the geometric model; calculating an analysis result of a finite element from the generated mesh; and completing an optimization by performing an inductive optimization based on the calculated analysis result of the finite element.
