The present invention relates to a portable braking cart which includes: a braking part braking a rear wheel groove to insert a shaft into the groove; a clamping part of which grip is able to be hinged towards the front, and keeping being erected; a buffer part buffering an impact; and a metal plate enhancing the strength of wheels. The cart, including the braking part, has the following effects. First, the present invention is capable of conveniently loading and unloading an article while holding the cart by including the braking part, braking the cart when meeting an unexpected obstacle, and becoming safe by controlling speed on a downhill path. Moreover, the present invention is capable of enhancing safety as a system to prevent damage to the braking part when the loaded article is too heavy or a sudden impact is applied. Second, the present invention is capable of conveniently moving the cart by hinging the grip, and preventing an accident by preventing the grip from being hinged by the loaded article since a switch part is installed in the bottom of the loading panel. Third, wheels are installed in the lower part of a front corner of the loading panel, thereby easily driving the cart as the wheels perform buffering and help change directions when the cart collides with the obstacle. Fourth, the present invention is capable of reducing a knocking noise by forming a frame and a caster holder of the front wheel with a synthetic resin material, and promoting safety for cart driving by guaranteeing the safety of the wheels by inserting a metal plate into a part of the loading panel equipped with the front wheel to enhance the strength of the front wheel.
