摘要

The present invention provides an anti-reflection layer for a solar cell, which is capable of simultaneously performing diffusion of light and anti-reflection of light, a method for manufacturing the same, and a solar cell including the same and having high photovoltaic efficiency. The method for manufacturing an anti-reflection layer for a solar cell comprises: a step of mixing a zinc oxide (ZnO) precursor, an organic solvent, and an amine-based composition to form a mixture; a step of applying the mixture on a substrate to form a coating layer; and a step of performing a drying process on the substrate, on which the coating layer is formed, at a predetermined temperature to form a ZnO microstructure.
