The present invention relates to a safety alert and slow down and stop control system for heavy equipment including an active RFID tag and, more specifically, to a safety alert and slow down and stop control system for heavy equipment including an active RFID tag, capable of issuing a warning to a worker by photographing the surroundings of the heavy equipment by using a plurality of photographing cameras, displaying the photographed image on a monitor display screen within a driving room of the heavy equipment, and displaying a red flickering warning on the display screen and automatically and immediately slowing down and stopping the operation of the heavy equipment when the worker approaches within a safety distance via the active RFID tag and a reader system. The safety alert and slow down and stop control system for heavy equipment including an active RFID tag comprises: the plurality of photographing cameras installed in a body of the heavy equipment to photograph the surroundings of the heavy equipment; a display monitor installed in the driving room of the heavy equipment to output the surrounding image of the heavy equipment photographed by the photographing cameras; an active RFID tag unit held by each worker and wirelessly transmitting and receiving a specific frequency by receiving an unique ID code of the worker; an RFID reader unit to recognize the ID code of each adaptive RFID tag unit by using a wireless communication with the each of the RFID tag units, to wirelessly transmit a warning signal to the active RFID tag unit approaching within a safety distance, and to transmit the warning signal to a heavy equipment control unit; the heavy equipment control unit to output a red flickering warning signal to the display monitor according to a warning signal received from the RFID reader unit and to output a heavy equipment slow down and stop control electric signal; and an oil flow control valve to stop the operation of the heavy equipment after reducing the operation speed of the heavy equipment by successively controlling the oil pressure and flow with the slow down and the stop of the oil pressure and flow corresponding to the slow down and stop control electric signal inputted by receiving the slow down and stop electric signal from the heavy equipment control unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
