The present invention relates to a secapin peptide derived from native bees. More specifically, the present invention relates to a peptide which exhibits plasmin inhibitory activity, elastase inhibitory activity, and antibacterial and antifungal effects. Thus, the peptide can be widely applied to various agents such as a blood coagulator, an inflammation inhibitor, and an antibacterial or antifungal agent.
