The present invention relates to a system, method, and server for classifying user-based big data and providing information, which enables to effectively manage data required by users and provide the data by analyzing characteristics of the users, collecting big data, and analyzing the collected big data instead of a conventional method of providing information, and to a recording medium having a program for implementing the same. The system for classifying user-based big data and providing information comprises; a characteristic selection unit (10) for receiving a keyword to be searched for from a user device, and selecting characteristics from the keyword; a tracking code generation unit (20) for generating a tracking code with respect to the keyword inputted from the user device characterized in the characteristic selection unit (10); a server (30) for providing the user device with big data (50) information based on the tracking code when the big data (50) classified by a group and characteristic is required for information according to the tracking code generated from the tracking code generation unit (20); and a collected code generation and storage unit (40) for providing information which is provided for a user from the server (30), and transferring collected information to the big data (50).
