The present invention discloses a ballast water treatment system comprising: a ballast water main pipe which provides a path capable of allowing ballast water to flow to a ballast water storage tank; a hydro crusher for ballast water treatment which receives ballast water flowing in the ballast water main pipe by being installed on the ballast water main pipe, sterilizes the introduced ballast water, and discharges the sterilized ballast water to the ballast water main pipe; and a booster pump. The hydro crusher for ballast water treatment includes flowing particles which are moved by the introduced ballast water. The booster pump provides fluid for a booster for moving flowing particles to the hydro crusher for ballast water treatment. Thus, the present invention is able to perform a certain level of physical sterilization by killing living organisms included in ballast water by adding an impact.
