The present invention relates to a coating solution for a thermally conductive composite material, a manufacturing method thereof, and a thermally conductive and heat radiating coating using the same. More particularly, the coating solution uses a non-ionic-based dispersion stabilizer to stabilize dispersion state of an inorganic filler, and maintains a stable state for a long period of time without having phase separation. The coating solution comprises: a polymer resin; a graphite powder; an inorganic filler selected among aluminum (Al), alumina (AlO), and a mixture thereof; polyethylene glycol p-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)-phenyl ether as a dispersion stabilizer; and the remaining consisting of a solvent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
