The present invention relates to a super-high-early-strength grout composition which implements high compression performance in a very short period of time, and an early-tensile type grouting method which induces to reduce a construction period and construction costs by reducing a time in which a tensile member can be stretched when properly mixing the grout composition with mixing water and applying the mixture to a tensile grout method such as earth anchor and the like. The super-high-early-strength grout composition according to the present invention comprises: 50 to 93 wt% of micro cement; 2 to 10 wt% of aluminate calcium compound; 1 to 10 wt% of calcium sulfo-aluminate (CSA); 0.2 to 5 wt% of gypsum; 0.5 to 4 wt% of calcium carbonate; 0.18 to 7 wt% of calcium hydroxide; 3 to 10 wt% of self-healing mixture; 0.01 to 2 wt% of lithium carbonate; 0.1 to 2 wt% of naphthalene-based superplasticizer; and 0.0005 to 0.003 wt% of aluminum powder. The micro cement is a powder having fineness more than or equal to 8000 cm^2/g and an average particle size of 4 to 7 micron; the aluminate calcium compound is a rapid-setting amorphous C12A7-based powder having a specific surface area of 5500 to 6500 cm^2/g; and the self-healing mixture consists of an inorganic mineral reaction promoter, a swelling agent, high reactivity inorganic minerals, and a carbonate reaction filler. Since a grout material obtained by mixing the super-high-early-strength grout composition with the mixing water can implement high compression strength performance in a short period of time, early tension becomes available when the grout material is applied to a repairing construction of slope and temporary facilities such as earth anchor and the like, or to a PC method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
