The present invention relates to a lightweight extension balcony for extension of an apartment house, which allows easy installation of an ultra-lightweight balcony made of precast concrete of an ultra-high performance concrete (0UHPC) material on the outside of an extended space to secure an external space disappeared by extending a balcony of an apartment house to additionally secure a balcony space. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the lightweight extension balcony for extension of an apartment house comprises: a fixing bracket comprising a lower support unit horizontally formed, a vertical support unit vertically extended from one end of the lower support unit, and an upper support unit horizontally extended from an upper end of the vertical support unit in an opposite direction of the lower support unit and provided with a fixing protrusion protruding from an upper surface of one longitudinal side thereof; a balcony member comprising a lower bottom plate of a prescribed size, a side wall plate upwardly extended from both longitudinal ends of the lower bottom plate, and an upper bottom plate inwardly extended in the longitudinal direction from an upper end of the side wall plate, wherein the lower bottom plate, the side wall plate, and the upper bottom plate are integrated with each other and made of UHPC; and an eccentric couple member comprising a height adjustment pipe of a pipe shape of a prescribed length wherein a lower end thereof is inserted in the fixing protrusion and screw threads are formed on an outer circumferential surface of an upper end thereof, and a couple shoe of a plate shape of a prescribed size having a nut cap which is disposed on a lower end thereof, is deflected to one side, has a pipe shape having screw threads formed therein, and is mounted on an upper end of the height adjustment pipe to tightly attach an upper surface of the couple shoe to a lower portion of the upper bottom plate of the balcony member to be fixed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
