According to the present invention, a radiative signal processing method comprises: a step of receiving an input of a radiative signal; a step of amplifying the input radiative signal; a step of performing a bipolarization treatment to the amplified signal to generate a bipolar signal; and a step of outputting a digital signal based on a result obtained by comparing the bipolar signal with a first critical value and a second critical value. At this time, the step of outputting a digital signal includes outputting a digital pulse of a high level in a section where the bipolar signal is bigger than the first critical value and in a section where the bipolar signal is smaller than the second critical value. Start times and widths of two output digital pulses are calculated to obtain energy and time information on radiation. Specifically, the radiative signal processing method calculates the widths of the two digital signals, which are generated due to a preset threshold voltage, through a time-digital converter after changing a unipolar analog signal to have bipolarity such that radiation energy and detection time values are obtained, thereby providing superior linearity, improved energy and time resolution.
