The present invention relates to a dynamic object image processing system for protecting privacy according to environment changes, a method therefor, and a computer readable recording medium recording the same. The present invention provides an image processing apparatus, a method therefor, and a computer readable recording medium recording the method. The apparatus includes: a camera module; and a control module comparing an image value of an image continuously received from the camera module with an image value of the previous image to determine whether or not a dynamic object appears in the image. When the dynamic object appears according to determination, the control module discriminates a dynamic object area including the dynamic object from other areas of the image, designates at least a part of the dynamic object area as a protection area for privacy protection in order to prevent privacy information provided by the image from being identified, processes the protection area, and then hides location information of the processed protection area in the image.
