摘要

The present invention relates to a catalyst for steam reforming of hydrocarbons, which utilizes ash-free coal, or char which is thermally decomposed from ash-free coal as a catalyst support. The catalyst for steam reforming of hydrocarbons of the present invention prevents the formation of metal ion-ash compounds, thereby facilitating the collection of metal ions after the process, and can be used in different temperature ranges according to the type of coal. In the case of a high rank coal, the catalyst can be used at high temperatures and as a catalyst for reformation reactions of methane, ethane, propane, butane and other aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. Also, since the ion-exchange ability and steam reforming reactivity can be controlled by controlling the degree of chemical pre-treatment, it is possible to produce a catalytic material which is suitable for the purpose of use.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
