MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EMBROIDERY UPPER HAVING HIGH SHAPE STABILITY AND EMBROIDERY UPPER USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for producing an embroidery upper having excellent shape stability, and an embroidery upper produced through the same. More specifically, components such as reinforcements and decorations for a shoe upper are firstly disposed in a base made of polyvinylalcohol, and an embroidery is produced in an upper shape while the base and the components are connected by using an LM yarn and a high-strength yarn. Then, the same is heated, and the polyvinylalcohol is dissolved by tepid water, so the LM yarn is dissolved during a heating treatment and surrounding high-strength yarns are fixed. At the same time, the shape of an embroidery upper can be more stably maintained by means of the connected components. Also, several sorts of components need not to be separately attached to a shoe upper, so production processes are simplified and a beautiful outer appearance can be ensured.
