The present invention relates to a pretreatment apparatus and a method for analyzing air pollution detection using an Mpemba effect and, more specifically, relates to a pretreatment apparatus and a method, wherein the pretreatment apparatus comprises: a cooling and heating block having a cooling member and a heating member; a cooling block having the cooling member; and a bundle of pipes inserted into the cooling and heating block and a cylindrical portion of the cooling block.
