The present invention relates to an eye patch for a surgical patient and, more particularly, to an eye patch for a surgical patient capable of varying an entire length of an eye patch through folding of a connection part for connecting an eye ball part, which is a part for covering an eye of a patient, and preventing the interference of a protective pad while a connection part is folded as the protective pad in close contact with an eye of a patient is separated and located only in an eye ball part. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the eye patch for a surgical patient comprises: a pair of eye ball parts corresponding to each eye of a patient; a base sheet including a connection part for connecting the pair of eye ball parts; an adhesive layer formed on one surface of the base sheet; a pair of protective pads adhered to one surface of the pair of eye ball parts, respectively, and in close contact with eyes of the patient to protect the eyes; and release paper covering the adhesive layer and the protective pad to be adhered to the adhesive layer. The release paper is formed to be separated to a pair of eye ball part release paper corresponding to the pair of eye ball parts and connection part release paper corresponding to the connection part. An end of one release paper of the eye ball part release paper and the connection part release paper, is formed to include an overlapping part for covering the other release paper to be overlapped.
