Disclosed are a design method of an implant fixture using computing simulation and an implant fixture manufactured thereby. The design method of an implant fixture (S100) according to an embodiment of the present invention is a method for designing an implant fixture by using computing simulation (S100), comprising: a) an optimal design factor derivation step (S110) of setting an interest design factor with respect to an implant fixture, deriving a sensitive design factor of the implant fixture by using the same, deriving a reaction surface with respect to release torque, tightening torque, and stress distribution by using the sensitive design factor, and applying the reaction surface to an optimization algorithm so as to derive an optimal design factor satisfying an objective function; b) an image file generation step (S120) of generating a three-dimensional image file of a bone, to which the implant fixture is placed, and the implant fixture based on the optimal design factor derived in the optimal design factor derivation step; c) a finite element model generation step (S130) of generating a finite element model with respect to the bone, to which the implant fixture is placed, and the implant fixture; and d) a finite element analysis step (S140) of calculating a rotation displacement value of the implant fixture, induced by a torque load through calculation of finite element analysis.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
