The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for optimal size correction in three dimensional printing. The apparatus for optimal size correction in three dimensional printing comprises: a modeling creation module which creates a modeling file by modeling a target print in a three dimensional manner; a three dimensional printing module which prints the created modeling file in the three dimensional manner to manufacture a target sample; a modification data measuring module which measures modification data of the manufactured target sample to digitalize the same; and a size correction module which calculates a size correction algorithm formula from the digitalized modification data through regression model analysis. The size correction module corrects the modeling file according to the size correction algorithm formula, and the three dimensional printing module prints the corrected modeling file in the three dimensional manner to manufacture a final target sample. Accordingly, the apparatus for optimal size correction in three dimensional printing calculates the data of size modification in X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions in response to the disposition in a three dimensional printing apparatus into coefficients of quadratic regression curve, and applies the size correction algorithm formula from the same so as to correct the modeling file in a reverse direction from a predicted bending direction, thereby being able to have more excellent effects of correcting a warpage deformation phenomenon than existing apparatuses. In addition, the apparatus for optimal size correction in three dimensional printing is able to obtain effects of improving modifications which could not be controlled by a scale factor adjustment method, etc., provided by a three dimensional printer control program itself.
