PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual patient-purpose three-dimensional (3D) print phantom preparation support device that enables dose verification of a radiation therapy plan using a 3D printer on the basis of a CT image data group, and can obtain a highly-accurate phantom in which a ray attenuation ratio of an outer shape of a human body and an organization in the human body is adjustable.;SOLUTION: An individual patient-purpose 3D print phantom preparation support device of the present invention is configured to: reconstruct phantom-purpose image data on the basis of a CT image data group of a patient by image data reconstruction means 5; convert the phantom-purpose image data into 3D print data; use an output material adjusted so as to have a ray attenuation ratio simulating a ray attenuation ratio of each part of the patient on the basis of the 3D print data by a 3D printer 12 to have a body surface and soft organization corresponding to the 3D print data provided; output a phantom 21 equipped with a cavity region and a loading position; fill an equivalent substance simulating the ray attenuation ratio of a bone of the patient in the cavity region of the output phantom; and prepare a finished phantom having a dose verification measurement jig loaded at the loading position.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
