A method for predicting environmental load emissions according to an urban development plan, according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: allowing a system for predicting environmental load emissions to receive basic information including a prediction year, a prediction region and the lifetime of a building from a user through an information input part; inquiring information on buildings existing in the corresponding prediction region based on the basic information received through the information input part; analyzing a trend according to an urban development plan including at least one item among the present condition of a population change, the present condition of social phenomena and the present condition of economy with respect to the prediction region received through the information input part; deducing evaluation conditions with respect to construction materials to be newly input into building to be constructed in the future and construction materials to be disposed of or reused based on the analyzed trend of the urban development plan and information on buildings for each prediction region via the inquiry; and calculating environmental load emissions to be generated until the prediction year depending on the deduced amounts of construction materials to be newly input, to be recycled and to be disposed of.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
