The present invention relates to a composition for external skin application for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis or allergy dermatitis, containing saline underground water or a concentrate thereof as an active ingredient. The present invention further relates to a bath preparation composition. The composition of the present invention includes saline underground water or the concentrate thereof containing 1850-3250 mg/L of calcium, 200-1020 mg/L of magnesium, 30-330 mg/L of potassium, and 3170-3860 mg/L of sodium, and exhibits excellent anti-atopic activities or anti-allegic activities for dermatitis.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
