摘要

The present invention relates to a CRY2 gene for adjusting the germination of a plant seed when ABA exists, and to a use of the same. An Arabidopsis thaliana seed in which a cryptochrome 2 gene is knocked out takes part in the germination of a seed, the generation of cotyledon, and the development of roots, so an effective method capable of adjusting the germination and development of a seed by adjusting the expression of a cryptochrome 2 gene in a plant can be provided. Accordingly, it is expected that the method can be useful in developing technology capable of improving productivity of related plants.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
