The present invention relates to a biomineralization microorganism for consolidating a soil, and to a method for consolidating a heavy metal contaminated soil and a waste metal mineral tailing by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a native microorganism for insolubilizing heavy metals in a heavy metal contaminated soil and a waste metal mineral tailing, and to a method for consolidating a soil by using the same. Ammonium and carbonate ions are generated by urease of the native microorganism according to the present invention, and crystals of calcium carbonate and the like existing between soil particles are finally generated by means of reaction with heavy metal cations of calcium and the like in the contaminated soil, so a heavy metal contaminated soil and a waste metal mineral tailing can be more safely insolubilized.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
