The present invention relates to an absorption product which includes a water-impermeable exterior cover and water-permeable interior cover, and allowing secretion from human body to be absorbed into an absorption layer via the water-permeable interior cover since the absorption layer is formed between the exterior cover and the interior cover. More specifically, the present invention relates to a disposable absorption product of which some or the whole components of the absorption product contain colostrum so that production of germs can be avoided with little irritation on skin even if putting on the absorption product for a long period of time, thereby preventing inflammation or itchy skin. It is also possible to improve atopy due to unbalanced immune functions.
