Disclosed is a height-adjustable fine screen for preventing crime and insects. According to the present invention, the height-adjustable fine screen for preventing crime and insects comprises: a windowsill frame having an insertion groove and a fixing groove; a crime prevention net mounted in the insertion groove and used for crime prevention; a fine net mounted in the fixing groove to prevent insects and fine dust from entering; a fine net fixing member to mount the fine net in the fixing groove; and a height adjustment unit disposed on an upper side of the windowsill frame to be lifted to fill a gap between the windowsill frame and a window frame. The height adjustment unit comprises a cover flange to cover the upper side of the windowsill frame arranged outside. The cover flange covers the upper side of the windowsill frame even if the height adjustment unit is lifted to fill a gap.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
