The present invention relates to a water screen apparatus, and a water screen system and a method for implementing a water screen using the same. The water screen comprises: a lighting and control apparatus unit composed of a lighting unit, a stereoscopic valve apparatus except the lighting unit, and a control unit for controlling an underwater motor; the stereoscopic valve apparatus having a plurality of water spraying nozzles arranged in front or in back of the stereoscopic valve apparatus in a horizontal direction; a stereoscopic sculpture having a plurality of plates arranged therein; an ascending and descending shutter screen for ascending and descending according to a control by the lighting and control apparatus unit, separately formed in a rear surface of the stereoscopic sculpture, and preventing an image from being distorted due to being shaken when implementing the image; and a water tank of which an upper part is an opened rectangular shape having water filled in the inside so as to immerse a lower area of a support pipe for supporting the plate of the stereoscopic sculpture, and including the underwater motor formed in an upper part of the floor surface. Therefore, a stereoscopic image can be implemented with a dual water screen method by using a front nozzle array and a back nozzle array.
