When a new system or a new module is to be included, it can be easily combined or connected organically, which facilitates maintenance of the conventional system. With respect to related parties, a task can be easily performed since there is no need to change a manual when a new system is utilized. The integrated method for coping with a flood disaster comprises a data acquisition step; a facility evaluation step; a bank vulnerability evaluation step; a flood visualization step; a space analysis 3D visualization step; a dynamic presentation step; and an information propagation step.
