The present invention relates to an integrated method and a system for coping with flood disasters and, more specifically to an integrated method and a system for coping with flood disasters which establish a database required for a situation such as flood disasters, evaluate facilities such as a bank, etc. in advance by using the database, and generate beforehand information for visualizing a flood in 3D. According to the present invention, information can be propagated rapidly such that the generated information can be provided quickly. Also, an efficient 3-dimensional geographic information system (GIS) space analysis is performed to enable simulation of a flood. Since various data collected before the flood is standardized in a database, data standardization and expansion can be realized, which improves convenience in using the data and addresses a problem due to non-compatibility between conventional and current systems. And, it is convenient to collect or reprocess new data and manage legacy data. When a new system or a new module is to be included, it can be easily combined or connected organically, which facilitates maintenance of the conventional system. With respect to related parties, a task can be easily performed since there is no need to change a manual when a new system is utilized. The integrated method for coping with a flood disaster comprises a data acquisition step; a facility evaluation step; a bank vulnerability evaluation step; a flood visualization step; a space analysis 3D visualization step; a dynamic presentation step; and an information propagation step.
