PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective support for disaster response by facilitating grasp of the number of disaster victims.;SOLUTION: A disaster response supporting server in the invention comprises: a storage unit which stores in advance a list of a plurality of portable terminals that belong to a specified group and obtain their own current position information; a position information collecting unit which, when receiving disaster information, requires position information from all portable terminals in the list stored in the storage and stores in the storage unit a plurality of position information received as a reply to the request, the plurality of position information which is put in association with each portable terminal; a situation grasping unit which, based on the position information stored in the storage unit, classifies each portable terminal belonging to a group into any of a plurality of disaster situations and produces disaster situation information in the group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
