The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of high purity calcium carbonate having calcite crystals. More particularly, the manufacturing method of high purity calcium carbonate having calcite crystals comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a slurry by injecting flue gas desulfurized gypsum to an ammonia solution, mixing the resultant product, and adding polyacrylic acid to the resultant product; conducting carbonation reaction by supplying carbon dioxide to the manufactured slurry; and removing impurities with a filtration process after the carbonization reaction, suspending the resultant solution, and precipitating calcium carbonate having calcite crystals.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
