The present invention is to manufacture a thread for weaving (a yarn). 72 strands of a monofilament polyester yarn are combined to allow a polyester yarn (Y1) having a thickness of 50 denier to pass through the inside of a first heater (10). The polyester yarn (Y1) is twisted to pass through the inside of the first heater (10) while the number of twists is 3000-3500 T/M. In addition, the internal temperature of the first heater (10) is maintained at 200-223°C to allow a polyester yarn (Y2) twisted by primary heat-treatment to be attached. The polyester yarn (Y2) passing through the first heater (10) to be attached is located in the rear, and to pass through the inside of a second heater (14) whose internal temperature is maintained at 120-220°C. Therefore, the polyester melted yarn (Y2) melted with a final thickness of 55-65 denier and reduced elasticity is obtained. As a silk yarn and the processed polyester melted yarn are used respectively as a warp and a weft to be twisted, price competitiveness can be improved and a good quality of a silk fabric can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
