The present invention relates to a composition for treating cranial nerve disorders and protecting nerve cell, containing resveratrol and taurine as active ingredient. According to the present invention, a combined administration of a single taurine and resveratrol respectively has not shown activites of protecting nerve cell from death in cerebral nerve cell. However, combined administration of the two substances has induced synergetic effects to the nerve cell protection activities. Thus, the combined administration or both taurine and resveratrol can be useful for cranial nerve disorders accompanying neuronal cell death.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
