The present invention relates to a sleep apnea management device. More specifically, the sleep apnea management device comprises: a sensor member which detects blood oxygen saturation of a user during sleep; a pillow member performing a first operation which ensures an open airway by determining a sleep apnea status using the oxygen saturation detected by the sensor member and lifting the neck portion of the user if the user is in a sleep apnea state, and a second operation which corrects a sleep position of the user by providing vibration; and a smartphone including a sleep application which receives and stores operation state information of the sensor member and the pillow member to provide the same to the user. Accordingly, the sleep apnea management device of the present invention: accurately detects a sleep apnea state of the user to induce the user to ensure an open airway or to change the sleep position, so that the sleep apnea can be resolved; and collects oxygen saturation information of the user during sleep and information on sleep and health to provide the same to the user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
