It is an object of the present invention to develop an aptamer capable of specifically binding to a specific target molecule to be used for specific target molecule detection. Another object of the present invention is to provide a polymer sheet capable of detecting a target substance using the polymer sheet bonded with an aptamer and effectively removing the target substance.
