The present invention relates to an internet-of-things (IoT) platform server to control a room temperature by an analysis of a user pattern which automatically generates and provides a schedule to operate a present boiler by learning the pattern where a user operates the boiler in the past, and provides various user-friendly operational modes through the IoT. The IoT platform server to control the room temperature by the analysis of the user pattern comprises: a user pattern collecting module; a learning module which analyzes the user′s usage patterns; a scheduling module which generates a schedule to operate a boiler; a communication module which receives a control command from the user; a control module which operates the boiler; and a push module which transmits an alarm message to a mobile terminal of the user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
