The present invention relates to a system for analyzing details of a document leakage which comprises: an information collecting unit for collecting a file and log information of a leaked document; an information processing unit for analyzing the information collected by the information collecting unit; and an information tracking/managing unit for tracking a distribution history of the leaked document based on the analyzed result of the information processing unit.
