The present invention relates to a high-power IGBT switching test apparatus which can individually test switching characteristics and blocking capability of a single IGBT after an IGBT module to be tested is mounted while a power input unit for inputting test power, a control unit, and a measurement unit are provided. If the high-power IGBT switching test apparatus is applied, it is possible to test the switching characteristics and blocking capability without packaging a large-capacity IGBT module together with the power input unit. In addition, IGBT modules of various capacities for various purposes can be tested by a single test apparatus, and accordingly, equipment expenditures can be remarkably reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
