The present invention relates to a pupil distance adjusting apparatus of an optometric apparatus, which comprises: a frame fixedly installed in an installation subject area; a pair of optometry units which are linearly movably coupled to the frame and inspect the eyesight of the examinee; a linear driving unit in which the tip linearly moves in a state of being in contact with one side of the optometry unit and moves the respective optometry units in a first direction when moving in a first direction; and an elastic unit for applying an elastic restoring force to each of the optometry units when the driving unit moves in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction. According to the present invention, since an error is prevented from occurring when each optometry unit moves, and thus the accuracy of the visual acuity measurement of the examinee is greatly improved by controlling the optometry holes of the optometry units to be located at the correct positions corresponding to the two eyes of the examinee and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced due to the simple structure.
