The present invention relates to a benzene separation device from a naphtha modified mixture to separate low concentration benzene from the naphtha modified mixture in a separation wall tower, to concentrate the low concentration benzene into high concentration benzene, and to produce a separated and removed and refined naphtha modified mixture, and a benzene separation method using the same. The present invention has high energy efficiency by minimizing benzene extraction tower load when benzene is separated and removed from the naphtha modified mixture and saving consumed energy.
