PRECISE ANALYTIC MEASUREMENTS FOR ELECTROMECHANICAL TEST STRIPS BASED ON NUMEROUS DISCRETE MEASUREMENTS DETERMINED BY THE DETECTED PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTIC (SECURITY CHARACTERISTICS) OF THE SAMPLE
PRECISE ANALYTIC MEASUREMENTS FOR ELECTROMECHANICAL TEST STRIPS BASED ON NUMEROUS DISCRETE MEASUREMENTS DETERMINED BY THE DETECTED PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTIC (SECURITY CHARACTERISTICS) OF THE SAMPLE
1. A method for determining the concentration of analyte in a physiological sample using a biosensor having at least two electrodes and a reagent deposited on at least one of the electrodes, comprising: applying a physiological sample to any of at least two electrodes to start a test sequence to determine the analyte content; applying the first signal to the sample to derive the physical characteristics of the sample; applying to the sample a second signal of the same duration as the first, overlapping with a testing sequence for obtaining a first output transition signal, wherein the first transition output signal correlates with both the duration and the magnitude of the first signal; extracting a specific sampling time during the execution of the test sequence during the first sampling time period based on the physical characteristics of the sample; obtaining from the first transition signal of the second transition signal during the second period of time of obtaining a sample; the corresponding values of the second transition signal in the selected time intervals during the second sampling time period; and determining the analyte concentration based on the corresponding values of the second transient signal in the selected time intervals. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of: determining the duration of the second sampling time period based on the particular sampling time so that the second sampling time period overlaps the first time period
